TYPE OF CONTRACT: Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
MINIMUM PERIOD: 9 months.
SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS: To be drawn up by an independent third party at the start of the contract period and agreed by both parties.
DEPOSIT: One and a half months' rent to be deposited at the start of the contract period with the Deposit Protection Service.
